DELIVERY METHODS
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are indicated during the order placement process. For shipments within Italy, a €12.00 shipping fee applies, carried out via DHL courier. Delivery is generally made within 1–3 business days from the date of shipment, except for any delays not attributable to the seller.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are indicated when placing the order.
Shipments to Italy are free for orders over € 120,00
Shipments abroad are made only in the following countries and are free for orders over € 250,00:

- France
- Germany
- Greece
- Ireland
- Luxembourg
- Holland
- Poland
- Portugal
- Romania
- Spain
- Sweden
No responsibility can be attributed to Innovazione 3 Srl in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, neither damaged, nor wet, or otherwise altered;
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or packaging or the mismatch in the information must be immediately reported to the courier by putting WRITTEN CHECK RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
