Innovazione 3 Srl accepts orders for delivery on the Italian territory and in some European countries. For each order placed, Innovazione 3 Srl issues a sales document for the material shipped. For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is authentic.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are indicated when placing the order.
Shipments to Italy are free for orders over € 70.00
For the smaller islands and some areas of Italy (see the list below), shipping is provided with a surcharge of € 15.00 for orders over € 70.00 and € 21.00 for orders below € 70.00.

Shipments abroad are made only in the following countries and are free for orders over € 190.00:
No responsibility can be attributed to Innovazione 3 Srl in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, neither damaged, nor wet, or otherwise altered;
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or packaging or the mismatch in the information must be immediately reported to the courier by putting WRITTEN CHECK RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
